The HCMC Global Traveller Barometer (HCMC GTB) was recently launched, marking a strategic collaboration between the HCMC Tourism Promotion Center (HTPC) and The Outbox Company, a local firm specializing in tourism data analytics. Scheduled to begin its pilot phase in 2025, the HCMC GTB will focus on analyzing demand and travel readiness across 13 key international markets. These include Australia, Canada, China, Europe, Japan, South Korea, the United States, and various countries in Southeast Asia. The system will provide regular updates on the travel behaviors and preferences of these markets, offering valuable insights into what drives international visitors to the city.
