This lightweight eye gel does pretty much everything you want an eye treatment to do: Belif Aqua Bomb Eye Gel brightens with vitamin C and niacinamide, tightens with caffeine, and cools like the old cucumber slice trick (no refrigeration or actual cucumber slices required). The gel’s skin-cooling effect lasted while I sipped my coffee and the feeling took a little getting used to, but helps with depuffing.
