Zen Residences: Affordable EHome Housing Launches in Northern Vietnam

Introduction to An Zen Residences: A New Era in Affordable Housing

Nam Long ADC, a key member of the Nam Long Group, has introduced the An Zen Residences project in Hai Phong, marking the first instance of the EHome affordable housing model in northern Vietnam. This development represents a significant step forward in addressing the growing demand for accessible and high-quality housing in the region.

Launch Event and Key Stakeholders

The Sales Gallery opening and soft launch ceremony for An Zen Residences took place at the project’s Sales Gallery on Trang Quan Street, An Hai, Hai Phong. The event attracted senior leaders from various city departments and agencies, as well as strategic Japanese partners such as Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad (Nishitetsu). Additionally, representatives from banks including OCB, VCB, VietinBank, Techcombank, and ACB were present, underscoring the project’s importance in the local real estate landscape.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on July 5, 2025, highlighting the significance of this milestone for the community and the real estate sector.

Vision and Commitment

Tran Thanh Phong, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nam Long Group, emphasized that the launch of An Zen Residences reflects the renewed efforts of Nam Long ADC to provide affordable housing to the market. He stated that the project aligns with the group’s vision of creating valuable environments and products for the community.

An Zen Residences will introduce 887 EHome apartments, the first of their kind in northern Vietnam. This follows the successful handover of five EHome projects with over 8,500 units in southern Vietnam, showcasing the company’s proven track record in delivering quality housing solutions.

Strategic Location and Connectivity

Located in An Hai Ward, a key area once serving as the southern gateway of old Hai Phong and now part of the city’s new center, An Zen Residences sits on a prime riverside site on Trang Quan Street, where the Lach Tray and Tam Bac rivers merge. The project is just 5 km from the city’s economic and administrative core and within 10 km of major industrial zones, offering excellent connectivity via the Hai Phong–Hanoi Expressway.

Surrounded by emerging residential developments, including Nam Long ADC’s upcoming EHome project, the area is poised to become a modern urban hub and an ideal living destination for young professionals and families.

EHome Brand and Community Focus

The EHome brand is known for its affordability and accessibility, recognized for its social value. It aligns with the essential needs of stable living and long-term settlement for the majority of Vietnamese people. Developed based on the 3E criteria—Economy (cost-saving, reasonably priced units with optimized layouts), Efficiency (smart design and modern amenities), and Ecology (promoting a sustainable lifestyle)—the project is tailored to meet the specific needs of the local community, offering a balanced and accessible housing solution for young urban families.

Comprehensive Amenities and Sustainable Living

Covering nearly 1.5 hectares, An Zen Residences consists of three 18-story towers, each equipped with five elevators, an exceptional feature for affordable housing, ensuring convenient living for residents. The project offers a range of 1- to 3-bedroom apartments, each designed with a minimalist style to promote a modern and comfortable lifestyle.

The project includes a comprehensive set of internal amenities aimed at fostering a healthy and comfortable lifestyle for young families. These facilities include indoor and outdoor gyms, a multi-functional sports court, a pickleball court, and yoga areas. Additional amenities such as a clubhouse, children’s playground, nursery, BBQ area, and Zen relaxation garden enhance the overall quality of life and promote a sense of community.

Eco-Friendly Materials and Sustainability

An Zen Residences emphasizes the use of eco-friendly materials, in line with Nam Long ADC’s commitment to sustainable development (ESG). The project uses only 20% traditional fired bricks, incorporates solar-powered lighting, provides EV charging stations, and features a scientifically planned green landscape system, helping foster a community that embraces green, healthy, and sustainable living.

Project Timeline and Future Outlook

Nam Long ADC anticipates handing over the apartments at An Zen Residences in Q3 2026, offering future residents a dynamic lifestyle and a modern home in the city center. The project is expected to make a significant contribution to the housing market in Hai Phong.
