Inovasi Digitalisasi Layanan Hukum di Bengkulu Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Bengkulu baru-baru ini meluncurkan inovasi digitalisasi layanan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP) melalui aplikasi berbasis teknologi bernama Raflesia AI. Mahasiswa Uji Pasal dalam KUHP ke MK, Khawatir Ancaman Kekerasan dan Gangguan Aktivitas Demonstrasi Seorang mahasiswa bernama Gangga Listiawan mengajukan uji materi terhadap sejumlah pasal dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK).
