Mahasiswa sebagai Kelompok Rentan Dikriminalisasi Di tengah dinamika kehidupan politik dan sosial di Indonesia, sejumlah pasal dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) menimbulkan kekhawatiran terhadap hak-hak masyarakat, khususnya mahasiswa.
